Highwinds was the first complex to be built in the Cosmos View Estate. It boasts 27 facebrick, low-maintenance, residential units; sizes ranging from 2- 3 bedrooms. Being a smaller complex creates a sense of pride amongst the owners, as we work together to keep our complex a friendly, safe and clean environment. The majority of residents in Highwinds are young adults with children from a range of ethnic groups, and children playing together within the complex is common place giving all a multicultural experience. This is also a very peaceful and generally quiet complex, with all neighbours being thoughtful and respectful of each other.
