HIGHWINDS

Dragonfly Highwinds was the first complex to be built in the Cosmos View Estate. It boasts 27 facebrick, low-maintenance, residential units; sizes ranging from 2- 3 bedrooms. It was completed in 2010, and has a mixture of bachelor, single, and two bedroom units, all with full bathrooms. Each two bedroom unit comes with a lock up garage and a carport, while the single bedroom and bachelor units have single carports. The complex boasts a communal braai facilities, DSTV satellite facilities, and ample parking space for visitors. There is also ample lawn areas where children can play.
